Description
Carbon plate have many different uses. By using a strong adhesive such as SpaBond, Carbon plates can be fixed to almost any part of the boat, and can withstand large loads.

Carbon Plates with a friction ring have a huge range of uses. However are predominately used to bring spinnaker sheets out of the water (see picture), or to add a new fixing point to a boat without screwing into the hull.

- Ensure a consistent adhesive is placed under the carbon. If inconsistent adhesive is placed, the carbon can split, which can lead to the carbon plate breaking.
