Fineline CL4 Dyneema (also known as Pete & Blair's 49er control lines) is one of the best Dyneema's in the market. It's 12-strand SK78 configuration provide it with incredibly high breaking load of approximately 1500kg. Ontop of this, it's 12-strand configuration make it difficult to compress, making it easy to cleat and uncleat. This feature is unique for dyneema, and sets it apart from other Dyneema's in the market.

- Fineline CL4 is commonly used for 49er control lines. Used by Pete Burling and Blair Tuke for their 49er control lines, Fineline CL4 has an amazing ability to be easily uncleated. Ontop of this, it's easy to splice, making it a suitable choice for continuous control lines.

- Fineline CL4 is a very resistant dyneema, however ensure the rope is spliced correctly. Splicing errors can cause individual strands fray which significantly reduces the ropes breaking load.
