Selden Valley Fairlead/Becket Cleat is a common cleat found in most small boats. It's fairlead/cleat combination mean that you can guide rope to where you want, and cleat/uncleat easily. The 24mm hole is the smallest Valley Fairlead/Becket Cleat that Selden produce. The cleat is perfect for application with small ropes less than 6mm.
