Allen Deck Bushing is a classic deck bushing. Made from anodised aluminium, making it friction reducing, strong, and lightweight. Deck bushings reduce friction by providing a tunnel for rope to travel through when it enters a hull, or system. Deck bushing avoid your ropes rubbing against the hull, savings the rope and the hull, and reducing friction. Commonly found being used for continuous control lines and trapeze shock cord guides, they add a subtle difference that just makes your boat easier to sail. Stuck to the hull with a strong marine adhesive, and you're good to go. If you don't use deck bushings on your boat, we highly recommend you put them on, and see how much nicer your boats ropes run.
