Description
Dinghy Star Pro is a must have. Combination Dyneema SK-99 core and a uniquely blended PBO/Dyneema SK-75 cover produces extremely high breaking load, zero creep and exceptional abrasion resistance from cleats and blocks. The tightly woven blend of PBO and Dyneema SK-78 of the cover make this line highly resistant to abrasion and UV damage. This grippy cover holds well in hand or in cleats and can be stripped off to save weight or friction at the end. Core is a coated, super strong Dyneema SK-99. SK-99 is substantially stronger than SK-78, which is used in most Dyneema core lines for a given size. This cover also has very low water absorption to save weight.

Dinghy Star Pro is commonly found used for halyards. it's low creep, ability to easily wrap around blocks, abrasive and grippy cover make it the perfect rope for a halyard.

- This product is UV resistant however it's PBO/Dyneema Cover has been known to fray easier after being left in the sun for long periods of time (8-12 months). We reccomend keeping this product out of the UV when not being used if possible.
